Reviewing the options
NBE reviewed what could remain, what needed attention, and what engineering documents the permit review required. The team coordinated directly with Jeremy’s contractor and the City of Mission Viejo.
A coordinated path forward
Jeremy had options, his contractor had engineering direction, and the city received information for its review. A complete kitchen redo was not the only path forward.
