With over 25 years of engineering experience and a UC San Diego degree, Jonathon has worked with major home builders like Lennar, KB Homes, and Toll Brothers before founding New Beginnings Engineering in 2014. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in over 30 states, he responds to emergency structural calls within hours and ensures every plan gets first-time city approval.
